Membership certificates are now transferable. The transaction does not need to go through Oakbrook.
Once the buyer and seller have agreed upon a transaction, the buyer must also pay the Annual Membership Fee, and complete the application form.
BOTH the buyer and seller MUST contact Oakbrook to inform us of who is involved in the transaction.
