You will be missed if you choose to sell your membership to a new potential member. We want to give you the required steps to make the process successful.
1. Notify the membership committee that you are selling your membership to ABC Family. Side note, the membership must be current, which means no outstanding balances from previous years.
2. The ABC Family will need to fill out an application on the website Membership Application. The application will go to the membership committee for approval.
3. Once or if the application is approved, then the families can exchange funds to buy the membership. The membership can only be transferred if the new family is approved.
4. Once the board is notified of the exchange of funds, they will handle the transfer and create all new membership cards. The previous owner can destroy their old cards
5. If the previous owner has not paid the current or upcoming season’s dues. The new member will be liable for them before the transfer is finalized
